The COCWD Board of Directors approved an ordinance at its April 18, 2007 meeting declaring the end of the Waste Water Connection Restriction imposed in December 2006.  Click on the hypertext link to download a copy of COCWD Ordinance Number 07-1.

The Water and Waste Water Systems for the Circle Oaks County Water District have been determined to be able at this time to safely accommodate additional connections.

Lot owners are being directed to start the process of becoming subdivision residents in newly constructed homes by submitting building plans to the Architectural Committee of the Circle Oaks Homes Association.
