approved an ordinance at its April 18, 2007 meeting declaring the end
of the Waste Water Connection Restriction imposed in December

The Water and Waste Water Systems for the Circle Oaks County Water District have been determined to be able at this time to safely accommodate additional connections. Lot owners are being directed to start the process of becoming subdivision residents in newly constructed homes by submitting building plans to the Architectural Committee of the Circle Oaks Homes Association. The COCWD Board of Directors passed an ordinance declaring the end of the Water Emergency imposed in August 2000 and declaring restrictions on Wastewater connections at its December 21, 2006 meeting.
