Welcome to the Circle Oaks County Water District - established in 1964. We are a small water district in Napa County currently providing 189 customers in the community of Circle Oaks and surrounding properties with water and sewer service.
Our water supply comes from vertical and horizontal wells that are supplied by underground springs.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality water and reliable service.

water filtration unit was recently overhauled to replace the multiple layers of
media that create clean drinking water for our customers. The Alert to COCWD customers issued on
December 1, 2008 is no longer in effect.

of Directors and staff appreciate your increased water conservation efforts and
your full cooperation to reduce the water processing demands placed on the

The Districts water filtration unit must be overhauled in the near future to replace the multiple layers of media that create clean drinking water for our customers.
As the District has only one (1) filtration plant, the District Board of Directors requests you immediately stop all discretionary water use (for example: no outside landscape irrigation) so that the District operates the filtration plant for essential water needs only (kitchen/bathroom/clothes washer uses & fire-fighting purposes).Your active water conservation efforts are required to greatly reduce the water processing demands on the filtration plant. The District will monitor the conservation effort over the next two (2) weeks. The Districts goal is to complete the overhaul project within one to two months. Thank you for increasing your water conservation efforts.
