Welcome to the Circle Oaks County Water District - established in 1964.

We are a small water district in Napa County currently providing 189 customers in the community of Circle Oaks and surrounding properties with water and sewer service.  
Our water supply comes from vertical and horizontal wells that are supplied by underground springs.  
Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality water and reliable service.

Repairs to water line at at the water plant  as caused the need to flush the main water lines.
If you have problem with discolored water please flush your water line.
If you need assistance please call the water District.
