Welcome to the Circle Oaks County Water District - established in 1964.

We are a small water district in Napa County currently providing 189 customers in the community of Circle Oaks and surrounding properties with water and sewer service.
Our water supply comes from vertical and horizontal wells that are supplied by underground springs.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality water and reliable service.
